Who We Are

    Aspect Enterprises are a committed team of construction experts with over 30 years in the industry. We possess the knowledge and technology to identify defective work,  assess damages and develop rectification methodologies. We are Members of the Master Builders Association, Australian Institute of Architects and Australian Society of Building Consultants. We have completed training as an Expert Witness. Our knowledge, experience and customer service is second to none.

    What We Do

    We work with clients and solicitors to provide specialist advice not only on potential defects but also on achieving effective solutions. In particular we analyse construction projects to  determine liability on matters leading to dispute. We undertake damage assessment, provide technical opinion, assess variations and claims, complete contract reconciliation, act as an expert witness and provide litigation support as required.  

    Where Do We Work 

    We cover most of NSW including Sydney, Central West NSW, South Coast, Blue Mountains and the ACT.
